Original United States Army tanker helmet, WWII period.

Steel shell painted in olive drab with ventilation holes to the crown. Complete with leather ear flaps and internal padding. Interior is clearly stamped:

The leather remains supple with honest service wear. Some surface cracking and paint loss to the ear protection plates consistent with age and use. All components appear present.
