The crossguard is designed in the form of an eagle with outstretched wings, bearing a swastika within a wreath. The pommel is executed as a stylized eagle’s head. The blade bears the manufacturer’s mark, ‘Original Eickhorn Solingen,’ depicting a squirrel holding a sword. The scabbard is fitted with two hangers with suspension rings.
