A rare Third Reich award — the Olympic Games Decoration for the Organization of the 1936 Olympic Games, 2nd Class (Ehrenzeichen für Verdienste um die Olympischen Spiele 1936, II. Klasse). Established in 1936 to honor individuals who made significant contributions to the organization of the XI Olympic Games in Berlin.
The award features a Maltese-style cross with white enamel, Olympic rings, and a swastika in the center. The 2nd Class version is silvered and typically worn on a neck ribbon.
A well-preserved original piece, highly sought after by collectors of Olympic and Third Reich decorations. A rare item, especially in this condition.
