Panzer Assault Badge in Silver “25” – C.E. Juncker (Lot: 585)
$ 2,950 fee: 22.5%Fine zinc, semi-hollow construction; the tank finished in a lighter tone; the tank section riveted to the wreath with two aluminum rivets; the wreath silver-plated; reverse fitted with a round non-magnetic pin, the pin plate soldered in place. Heavily worn; the badge was wartime-repaired on the reverse. Condition: 2–3.
Panzer Assault Badges with engagement numbers manufactured by Juncker are extremely rare. By order of 22 June 1943, the Army High Command approved the introduction of Panzer Assault Badges with engagement numbers. The newly established grade structure was as follows:

3rd grade: Panzer Assault Badge with number 50
4th grade: Panzer Assault Badge with number 75

Reich Finance Administration dagger for Customs Officers. (Lot: 584)

Hörster Solingen”, aluminum fittings, dark green leather-covered grip with intact wire wrapping, also dark green leather-covered scabbard with aluminum fittings, no visible damage, with a simple Wehrmacht portepee. Intact wire wrapping; crossguard and pommel made of aluminum, with traces of original gilding still visible on the sunwheel swastikas. Clean blade by “Robert Klaas, Solingen”; scabbard with no significant damage, slightly toned. Complete with portepee and hanger. Worn example.

NPEA dagger for students/graduates of the National Political Education Institute (NPEA) Naumburg. (Lot: 582)
$ 7,500 fee: 22.5%Blade marked “Karl Burgsmüller Berlin-Charlottenburg 5,” with some minor spots; the motto remains crisp and clear. Aluminum fittings, crossguard stamped “N448.” Brown wooden grip with slight pressure marks. Steel scabbard painted olive-green, showing light traces of corrosion. Comes with the original sidearm hanger. A worn piece, but in good overall condition. Rare.

NPEA dagger for course participants. (Lot: 581)
$ 5,700 fee: 22.5%Apart from a few age spots, the blade is clean, bearing the motto “Mehr sein als scheinen” (“To be more than to appear”) and the maker/supplier mark “Karl Burgsmüller, Berlin.” Pommel and crossguard are made of aluminum; brown wooden grip shows a repair area, stress cracks, and small chips above the crossguard. Olive-green painted scabbard retains about 97% of its original finish, complete with original leather hanger, which has the owner’s name “M.H. Möller” scratched on the reverse. A very well-preserved NPEA dagger.

Eastern Front Medal 1941/42 (Ostmedaille), with maker. (Lot: 568)
$ 150 fee: 22.5%Original Eastern Front Medal 1941/42 with the maker’s mark stamped on the suspension ring. Produced in zinc with a well-preserved dark patina and traces of the original silver wash along the rim. The eagle motif and all inscriptions remain clear and sharp, showing no signs of cleaning or restoration.
The ribbon is bright, with the correct wartime weave and colour tone, mounted on the original marked ring. Overall condition is excellent for a zinc Ostmedaille: even patina, strong relief, and a fully authentic, untouched set.

The badge features a sharply detailed depiction of a Panzer IV with well-defined tracks, road wheels, and turret, framed by a deep-relief laurel wreath. The bronze finish remains evenly preserved with a natural patina and no signs of cleaning.
The reverse shows the characteristic early hardware setup: tubular hinge, long curved pin, and a solid block catch—fully consistent with authentic early-to-mid war construction. Made of a heavy alloy with crisp detailing, free of repairs or damage. A strong collectible example of an bronze assault badge.

Luftwaffe Air Gunner Badge, Wilhelm Deumer, Lüdenscheid (Lot: 566)
$ 900 fee: 22.5%An early Luftwaffe Air Gunner Badge manufactured by Wilhelm Deumer, Lüdenscheid. The oval wreath is struck in a silvered alloy, while the eagle is produced in dark oxidized zinc with the crisp detailing typical for Deumer—distinct beak, sharply cut wings, and well-defined talons. The reverse bears the clear maker’s mark “W. DEUMER LÜDENSCHEID.”
The hardware corresponds to Deumer’s authentic early configuration: a narrow tubular hinge, long slightly curved pin, and a solid block catch. The wreath shows expected wear to the silver finish, yet the leaf detail remains strong. The eagle retains a uniform dark patina with no signs of cleaning.
